  • Strengthen ethics enforcement to eliminate corruption and backroom deals

  • Ensure responsible budgeting that prioritizes essential services without raising taxes unnecessarily

  • Expand city revenue through grants, partnerships, and efficiency reforms, not just new taxes

  • Require clear cost-benefit reviews for major city projects before funds are committed
