• Demand full transparency in city budgets and commission decisions

• Launch a Miami Accountability Portal so residents can track spending and initiatives in real time

• Strengthen ethics enforcement to eliminate corruption and backroom deals

3. Fiscal Responsibility

• Ensure responsible budgeting that prioritizes essential services without raising taxes unnecessarily

• Expand city revenue through grants, partnerships, and efficiency reforms, not just new taxes

• Require clear cost-benefit reviews for major city projects before funds are committed

4. Making Communities Safer

• Expand community-based safety programs that work alongside law enforcement

• Provide youth engagement, mentorship, and job training programs to reduce crime before it starts

• Invest in safer parks, better street lighting, and neighborhood patrol initiatives to protect families

• Implement a comprehensive flood prevention and sea level rise adaptation plan with clear funding strategies

• Prioritize green infrastructure and wetland restoration to protect neighborhoods naturally

• Integrate fiscal responsibility by leveraging federal/state grants, resilience bonds, and partnerships with local businesses

• Prepare Miami with stronger emergency response systems, including mobile units and community readiness hubs
